University of Iowa Chemistry Building Renovation

The Chemistry Building Phase II Renovation was a four-phase renovation to the building’s northeast, southeast central core and northwest wings. Renovation took place on all six floors of the building, and included demolition as well as complete fit-out of research labs, student classrooms, computer labs, office space as well as all new windows. The entire building had to remain open as well as fire safe and ADA accessible throughout the duration of construction.
