Prior to 2019, Cardinal Construction operated from two separate locations: an office space in downtown Waterloo and a warehouse and yard in a nearby industrial area. While these locations served us well for many years, providing ample space for our administrative and operational needs, we began to recognize some challenges. To address these challenges and enhance our operational efficiency, we made the decision to relocate both our office and warehouse into one unified building. This move would not only streamline our operations by centralizing our resources but also strengthen our company culture by bringing our entire team under one roof.

Constructed largely of precast concrete, our new warehouse is designed with functionality and efficiency at its core. The building boasts ample storage space for materials and tools, ensuring that everything our team needs is readily accessible.
