Scott Walters

Prior to becoming a superintendent, Scott spent many years honing his skills as an ironworker. He credits his time with Cardinal for his ability to improve upon his trade—a result of a strong training program and informal mentorship. Scott is always willing to go the extra mile when needed, even if that means learning new trades. His willingness to learn is, in part, what makes him a great superintendent and valuable member of the Cardinal team.

When he’s not working, Scott enjoys playing guitar, showing his mustangs at car shows and traveling with his wife.
